  • We accept payment via credit card and e-transfer.
  • Late or non-payment may result in service cancellation and additional fees.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee of $60.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best cleaning experience, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your home or office when booking.
  • Grant access to your premises at the scheduled time.
  • Remove valuables, fragile items, or clutter before our cleaners arrive.
  • Secure pets to prevent disruptions or safety risks.
  • Notify us of any special cleaning requests or concerns before the service begins.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items unless negligence is proven.


4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours for a re-clean or partial refund consideration.
  • Refunds or re-cleans are provided at our sole discretion and do not apply to customer-provided cleaning supplies or unrealistic expectations.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside of our policy terms.

5. Liability and Limitations

  • We take every precaution to provide quality service, but we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damages or issues in your home.
    • Accidental damage to fragile items not disclosed before service.
    • Loss of property due to unauthorized access or unlocked doors/windows.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
